The Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services have released quality ratings for each of the nation's 15,800 nursing homes that participate in Medicare or Medicaid. Louisiana had the most nursing homes with low ratings. You can search the database for yourself in a variety of ways, such as by state, city, or ZIP code. Here's a link to the search:
