Shreveport Police had to arrest one of their own after receiving a complaint about a patrol unit operating in a careless manner. Michael Welch, who was off-duty at the time, was arrested on a drunk driving charge, according to reports.

Now, this isn't the first time Welch has been arrested. He was also arrested in November 2007.
Welch, who was 31 at the time, was booked on a misdemeanor domestic abuse battery charge. Crystal Nicholas, 27, of Shreveport was booked for unauthorized use of a motor vehicle.
