Agencies learn how to spot human trafficking

Law enforcement agencies took in a lesson on human trafficking. According to the WAFB report:
"Most victims are underage girls that are sold into prostitution or forced marriages."

In the report, U.S. Attorney David Dugas said:
"The victims of human trafficking present to law enforcement initially as perpetrators, as criminals. They'll look like illegal aliens or prostitutes or people working in construction, things like that."
