KPLC's Amanda Ward reports Calcasieu Animal Services and sheriff's investigators are closing in on 20-year-old Aaron David Simoneaux, who's accused of killing a dog with a samurai sword. The Humane Society of the United States is stepping in and offering a $2,500 reward.
