Jindal on Specter: 'It shouldn't matter'
Louisiana Governor Bobby Jindal says he hopes Senator Arlen Specter "doesn't change" just because he has become a Democrat.
"One of the problems with Washington is it's so partisan," Jindal said. "Everything's about Democrat or Republican first. It really shouldn't matter."
