From WWL: The State Department of Social Services has confirmed five cases of swine flu within their office in downtown Baton Rouge, though as many as 30 of their workers have experienced symptoms.

WAFB reports DSS communications director Trey Williams confirmed one of the five cases is DSS secretary Kristy Nichols.
