Underage drinker arrested for fourth DWI

WBRZ: Caitlyn Rose Case, 20, of Houma, was booked with a fourth DWI Friday night.
WAFB: A breath test indicated a blood-alcohol level of .22 percent, which is almost triple the .08 percent level considered proof of drunkeness for adults. In cases involving anyone under 21, the threshhold is even lower, at only .02 percent.
