The Advocate: The Louisiana House unanimously agreed Tuesday that bags of herbal incense likened to marijuana and sold over the counter should be illegal.

Keep out of reach of children laws is the only type laws needed when it comes to this stuff. Just like the cigarettes, alcohol, prescription meds, spray paint, freon, gas, and all sorts of other stuff kids use to get high.
If the state of Louisana thinks K2 is worth spending a ton of money on to figure out how they will enforce the new K2 laws with all the extra police officers, correctional officers, and extra room in the prisons - I guess that means the Katrina clean up and the trouble it caused is complete.
