Guardsman commits suicide after failed fast food robbery attempt, police report
WWL TV: John Paul Loupe, 24, of LaPlace, committed suicide after having his alleged robbery attempt thwarted by a female fast food manager, according to Bay St. Louis police. Loupe reportedly was a National Guardsman who was helping with the oil spill.
