Former Louisiana high school athletics commissioner spent association money on cigars, clothing, state auditor says
Nola.com: Thomas Henry, the former commissioner of the Louisiana High School Athletic Association, failed to properly document 2,355 transactions totaling $383,073 on the organization's credit card from 2005-2007, including charges for personal items, more than $51,000 at cigar outlets and $13,000 for clothing.
