WWL reports a Plaquemines Parish minister and his daughter were arrested after police found crack cocaine and several pounds of marijuana on the minister and in his SUV.
The New Orleans station reports Pastor Martin Denesse, of Homeplace, and his daugther India Marshall, of Empire, were caught by Plaquemines Narcotics agents.
