Four ex-governors met with Gov. Bobby Jindal to denounce proposed budget cuts to higher education, The Advocate reports.
Former governors Kathleen Blanco, Mike Foster, Buddy Roemer and Dave Treen had drafted a letter stating their opposition to the cuts.
