Across New Orleans area, residents commemorate Hurricane Katrina's fourth anniversary
The Times-Picayune: Four years after Hurricane Katrina blew through the New Orleans area, claiming more than 1,400 lives and drowning hundreds of thousands of homes, residents across the region gathered Saturday to mark the day that has come to define our lives.
